It seems too early to talk about April Elections, but they will be here before we know it. Local school board member elections are on the April ballots.  We have witnessed first hand the importance of who sits on school boards. Issues like boys in girls locker rooms, pornographic books and bloated budgets impact all of us!  Candidates for school boards must register with the local school and the Christian County Clerk in DECEMBER.

Filing dates to run as a school board candidate begin December 10^th thru December 31^st. IMPORTANT NOTE- the schools will be closed for Christmas Break so candidates will need to register before or after the break.

Often school board members run unopposed because citizens do not run.  Please consider running and forward this email to those who love our country and our county and ask them to consider running for school board. These elections have far reaching impact on our community.

Library Update-

This week the Christian County Commissioners will  announce who the next Christian County Library Board member will be.  Please email the commissioners and express your desire for the innocence of Christian County children to be protected at our county libraries and urge them to choose a board member that shares the values of Christian County. Pornographic materials are still displayed and available for minors to readily access.
